    The Bicester Collection, represented by Bicester Village in the UK, as well as 10 other shopping destinations globally, caters specifically to luxury consumers, seeing 41 million guests in 2022.

    Illustration had often been used by the brand, but once I moved in-house and was able to offer illustration whenever required, it became a large part of the ‘brand DNA’. Using illustrations became a key part of the membership program visual as well as other ad hoc pieces of work. Below is a selection of illustrations for the European membership program.
