Lange
Lange is an international dance music DJ and music producer with a career spanning several decades. During my involvement over the course of several years, I had the privilege of spearheading the concept, branding, and marketing efforts for major album launches and live events – from the initial stages of ideation to the final product launch.
The Retrospect vinyl pressings focussed on getting tracks that had not previously been released on vinyl, to be available for sale in this medium to the fan base. I was inspired by creating something with more of a ‘retro’ feel and was influenced by the look and feel of the Blade Runner films and using historic press shots from earlier in Lange’s career. I designed and artworked the vinyl releases as well as a poster series. The designs were well received by Lange’s fan base and industry colleagues.
